Sandra Backlund Fall 09-10.

These aren't your typical
hand knitted sweaters you'd
get from Grandma on your
birthday and donate them
to the local good will. Sandra
Backlund specializes in
constructing beautiful and harsh
knitwear, mostly my hand knitting
them together. I find it inspiring
that she just goes with the process.
She doesn't have a specific idea in mind,
but when she gets knitting them, they
end up being magnificent masterpieces. Now, it's time
for me to grab the yarn and needle and get going. If
only I knew how to knit...

These pieces are to die for. They all scream me.
A little bit of rock,destruction, and chaos never
goes too far. They are from Topman,
Tim Hamilton, and oak nyc.

Jelena Krivokapic is my latest
model obsession. Exotic,
bold, and simply beautiful.
Here she's seen modeling
for Maison Martin Margiela
Spring/Summer 2010.
It seems though that
this is the only catwalk she's done.
I'd definitely love to see more of her.
The fashion world needs these
exotic beauties, not just
the everyday blonde American.

This collection has a lot to offer. Great, unique
leather jackets and pants, baggy sweater vests,
contrasting suit jackets, textured coats. This
I'd say is the perfect combination
for fall apparel.
